..I found this beautiful picture of the hotel front, it's what I see everyday when I get to the hotel.
We're very proud to be in a painting, it's beautiful when i think that this little piece of my place has gone through the artist mind..i like to show this picture to our friends here..i don't know who to thank and hope not to hurt the artist sensitivity but yes..we like it!

For those coming within December 24th, right across the Accademia bridge in the big Campo San Stefano there's the annual Christmas market.

More than 30 wooden stalls in which you can find some typival venetian products such as glass, beads, toys, fabrics and leather object..but the best ones for me are those selling food and specialties from the main italian regions like Toscana, Campania, Sardegna, Sicilia etc...

In these little houses one finds some of the best cheeses like Pecorino (done with sheep milk) in many different ways as with red pepper, with wine or hay, or cheese of Fossa which is seasoned in a hole in the ground (fossa means hole in the ground) and is a product very precious and demanded by food lovers..some of the best italian wines, prosciutti and the tasty and sweet south italian cookies..

In the afternoons, along with the market are little concerts and performances to entertain visitors.
A good way to take a break between a sightseeing and a shop, having a glass of good italian wine and a Parma raw ham snak.
